Vishwas Co-op Bank Ltd. Nashik

Sanskrit proverb, "Sahakarayam Yashodhnam," is similar to the philosophy of Vishwas Bank, which is based on customer satisfaction and trust. The bank has established a foundation for customer satisfaction and trust.

The bank has maintained an A– rating for the past 20 years, whereas the Reserve Bank of India has conducted a range of inspections.

The foundation of the bank is built on a strong set of values: perseverance, concentration, faith, integrity, honesty, and service. Rigorous quality management and customer-centered focus give our customers the confidence in our bank that they can rely on us. Due to our fast-growing customer class and the vast majority of satisfied customers, we were able to come to Nashik as a leading and unique bank.

To maintain transparency and operational control, the Bank developed its own specialized management information system. This management information system was presented in the presence of the coordinator of the Maharashtra Co-operative and also in the presence of all Joint Registrar and District Registrar of Maharashtra. We are delighted to say that the MIS developed by the Vishwas Co-operative bank has been implemented in all the cooperative banks in Maharashtra.

Vishwas Co-operative Bank is the only cooperative bank that implemented the central government’s ‘Golden Jubilee Urban Employment Scheme’.

Co-operative Bank is always active on the social front. It has provided financial assistance to self-help groups, women below the poverty line, and dangal grastas families. In collaboration with Nashik Municipal Corporation, Vishwas Bank provided financial support to Self-Help Groups. The bank has provided loans to 90 Savings Groups which comprise nearly 400 women members.

It is the first objective of the Bank to provide extremely high and advanced banking facilities to underprivileged people. In order to realize this, the Bank has allocated its resources to quality infrastructure and staff. The values we have saved are very helpful in keeping our social commitment.
